The Mission Statement

We, the Disciples of The New Chapel Baptist Church for Jesus Christ believe that our mission is captured in fulfilling the following mandates:

To Educate, To Evangelize, To Empower, and To Edify.

To Educate (Deuteronomy 6:4-9)

Through our school of Christian Education and New Chapel Christian Academy and all other related ministries.

To Evangelize (Matthew 28:19-20)

Through our Evangelism ministry and all other related ministries.

To Empower (Acts 1: 8)

Through our support of the local CDC, Kairos Community Development Corporation and all other related ministries.

To Edify (Ephesians 4:11-16)

Through our awesome worship services (Sunday, Wednesday night Bible Study and Prayer Service and all other services held in and outside of our sanctuary.

The Pastor and Church Vision

I, Rev. Dr. Kerry A. Hill, called to the pastorate of The New Chapel Baptist Church passionately known as “The Chapel”, believe God has set us strategically in Camp Springs, Maryland to act locally with global implications by Evangelizing the lost, Educating the masses, Edifying the body of Christ and Empowering the individual, the family and the community in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
